Day 1

Upon arrival at Vágar Airport, you’ll be immediately surrounded by the Faroe Islands’ breathtaking landscapes. A shuttle transfer will take you to Tórshavn, where you’ll stay for 7 nights at the 4-star Hotel Føroyar, overlooking the capital. Take in the stunning views, enjoy the warm atmosphere, or unwind in the hotel’s relaxing spa.

Day 2

You will start the day with a guided introduction to Tórshavn, one of the world’s smallest capitals. Discover the historic district of Tinganes, colorful harbor areas, and learn about Faroese history, culture, and everyday life.

Continue to Kirkjubøur, the Faroe Islands’ most important historical village. Here, you will visit the impressive ruins of Saint Magnus Cathedral and see Roykstovan, one of the oldest inhabited wooden houses in the world.

Following lunch, travel to Vestmanna for one of the Faroe Islands’ most spectacular experiences the famous Bird Cliffs boat tour. Sail beneath towering cliffs, through narrow sea grottos, and alongside dramatic rock formations while observing seabirds in their natural habitat.

Return to Hotel Føroyar in the afternoon.

Day 3

Today’s excursion takes you through some of the most iconic landscapes in the Faroe Islands.

The first stop is the picturesque village of Saksun, beautifully situated beside a tidal lagoon and surrounded by steep mountains. Continue to Tjørnuvík, famous for its black sand beach and impressive views of the legendary sea stacks, Risin and Kellingin.

Along the route, enjoy views of Fossá, the highest waterfall in the Faroe Islands, cascading dramatically down the mountainside.

Aftera packed lunch, continue to the charming village of Gjógv, known for its uniquenatural gorge that extends from the village into the Atlantic Ocean. Take timeto enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and stunning coastal scenery before returningto Tórshavn.

Return to Hotel Føroyar in the late afternoon.

Day 4

After breakfast, depart for the island of Vágar, home to some of the Faroe Islands’ most famous natural attractions.

Visit the idyllic village of Bøur, offering spectacular views towards Tindhólmur and the dramatic sea stacks offshore. Continue to Gásadalur, where you will experience the breathtaking Múlafossur Waterfall cascading directly into the Atlantic Ocean.

Later, enjoy a hike to Trælanípa, also known as the “Lake Above the Ocean.” Thisworld-famous viewpoint overlooks Sørvágsvatn, creating the remarkable illusion that the lake is suspended high above the sea.

After enjoying a packed lunch surrounded by nature, return to Tórshavn.

Day 5

Spend the day exploring the charming capital of Tórshavn on your own. Wander through the historic streets of Tinganes, browse local boutiques, visit museums, or relax in one of the city's cozy cafés.

The harbour area offers a wonderful atmosphere, while the surrounding hills provide excellent viewpoints overlooking the city and nearby islands.

Day 6

Today’s adventure takes you to the Northern Isles, renowned for their dramatic mountains, deep fjords, and authentic Faroese villages.

Travel through the impressive undersea tunnels connecting the islands before arriving in Klaksvík, the Faroe Islands’ second-largest town and fishing capital.

From here, embark on a hike to Klakkur, one of the country's most celebrated viewpoints. The summit rewards hikers with breathtaking panoramic views over Kalsoy, Kunoy, Borðoy, and the surrounding fjords.

After enjoying a packed lunch and taking in the scenery, continue exploring the northern region before making your way back south.

Return to Hotel Føroyar in the late afternoon, bringing an unforgettable journey through some of the Faroe Islands’ most spectacular landscapes to a close.

Day 7

Your last adventure goes to Sandoy island. From Tórshavn we drive towards Gamlarætt and through the subsea tunnel to Sandoy island. Discover the charm of Sandoy, one of the Faroe Islands’ most peaceful and authentic destinations. Explore small, picturesque villages, visit the famous Knitting Stone, and enjoy tranquil lakes and open landscapes. Take a gentle, short walk along the scenic shoreline near Sandur, where you can soak in sweeping ocean views and the island’s calm, unspoiled beauty.

Day 8

Your guided journey comes to an end today. A shuttle transfer will take you back to Vágar Airport for your onward journey. We hope this experience has enriched you with centuries-old stories and traditions, and the breathtaking nature of the Faroe Islands.
