Day 1

Monday

Upon arrival at Vágar Airport, you are immediately surrounded by the Faroe Islands’ dramatic and breathtaking landscapes. A shuttle will transfer you to Tórshavn, where you will spend the next six nights at the hotel of your choice. Nestled in serene surroundings with panoramic views, the hotel is the perfect retreat for those who appreciate tranquility and a close connection with nature.

Day 2

Tuesday

Today is yours to settle in and explore Tórshavn, the smallest capital in the world, at your own pace. Stroll through the historic old town, browse local craft and wool shops, or relax in a cozy café.

For those seeking a bit more adventure, you can join an optional guided tour to some of the Faroe Islands’ highlights: the picturesque villages of Saksun, Tjørnuvík, and Gjógv, where dramatic landscapes and charming streets await.

Day 3

Wednesday

Today, you will explore Vágar and the dramatic Slave Cliff (Trælanípan). On the way, stop at Norðadalskarð to enjoy panoramic views over the fjord. Your first destination is the charming village of Gásadalur, home to the breathtaking Múlafossur Waterfall, cascading directly into the ocean.

Next, drive to Sørvágur, where the hike to Trælanípan begins. This scenic trail follows the shore of Sørvágsvatn, the largest lake in the Faroe Islands, famously known as the “hovering lake.” Along the way, you will also see the stunning Bøsdalafossur Waterfall. The hike takes approximately three hours and is suitable for most fitness levels, offering spectacular views and unforgettable photo opportunities.

Day 4

Thursday

Your day begins with pickup at the hotel, followed by a scenic ferry ride to Mykines, famously known as the “puffin island.” Here, rugged cliffs meet vibrant wildlife, and if you’re lucky, you’ll see puffins up close—perfect for memorable photos.

Upon arrival, enjoy a guided tour of the charming village before embarking on a guided walk around the island, taking in its dramatic landscapes and coastal beauty. A delicious lunch on the island provides a chance to relax while soaking in the picturesque scenery, making this a truly unforgettable day in the Faroe Islands.

Day 5

Friday

Today, you will experience the iconic Kallur Lighthouse. Drive along scenic fjords toward Klaksvík, where a short 20-minute ferry takes you to the island of Kalsoy. From the village of Trøllanes, begin the hike to the lighthouse, which takes approximately 2–3 hours. Along the way, you will pass grazing sheep and abundant wild birdlife, offering a true up-close encounter with Faroese nature.

Perched at the northernmost tip of the island, Kallur Lighthouse stands in a mesmerizing landscape with stunning views of Risin & Kellingin—the Giant and the Hag—and Cape Enniberg, one of the highest sea cliffs in the world. Kalsoy is also famously known as the “James Bond island,” with scenes from the 2021 film No Time to Die featuring its dramatic scenery.

After the hike, continue to Mikladalur to visit the legendary Seal Woman, before returning to Tórshavn for the evening.

Day 6

Saturday

Your day begins with pickup at your hotel, followed by a drive to the charming village of Kvívík, where you will explore ancient Viking settlements and learn about the fascinating history of the Faroes’ earliest inhabitants.

Next, travel to Vestmanna, where you will embark on the famous boat tour along the towering Vestmanna cliffs. Marvel at the dramatic basalt formations, hidden sea caves, and abundant birdlife as your guide shares stories of the islands’ natural and cultural heritage. A delicious lunch in Vestmanna provides a perfect break with views of the fjord.

The day concludes with a scenic hike from Skeiðskarð to Norðadals, offering breathtaking panoramas of valleys, cliffs, and the surrounding ocean—an ideal way to experience the Faroes’ rugged beauty on foot.
