Upon your arrival at Vágar airport an airport shuttle will be waiting for you. The driver will assist you and take you to Hotel Føroyar in Tórshavn. If you prefer renting a car please let us assist you and find the most suitable car for you.
Hotel Føroyar is the one and only Spa hotel in the Faroe Islands. The hotel is located on a hill which gives you an amazing view over the capital, Tórshavn. After check-in you can enjoy a snack or drink in the new and cozy lobby cafe & bar. In the evening there will be a table waiting for you at Ruts restaurant, which is on the hotels top floor. You will enjoy your dinner with the best view in town overlooking Tórshavn, Nólsoy and the fjord.
Today you get to treat yourself at the hotels spa. You will start off with Rasul which is an ancient bathing ritual. The treatment takes place in a steam room and combines the health inhancing properties of heat, steam and mineal rich mud.
Afterwards you will be treated with an Organic Aromatherapy Massage. Your mind will be soothed with this calm and peaceful massage with organic scents. After your treatment you get to enjoy yourself with a nice cup of herbal tea, fruits and nuts in the spa's lounge.
Today you will have a refreshing yoga session at Hotel Føroyar's cozy yoga room, where you will awaken your body in a considerate and pleasant way. After yoga you can use the Ress Spa changing rooms and showers, where you can enjoy the luxurious skin and hair products.
Later, down to the city center for a nice Italian dinner at Skeiva Pakkhús. Before or after dinner we recommend that you take a walk through the charming city center of Tórshavn.

Your last day is free for your own disposal. You can choose to explore the city on your own, add on a Spa treatment, pilates session or go on an excursion outside of Tórshavn to explore other parts of the islands.
